Dear colleagues,
The Macedonian Historical Review is announcing a call for papers to be published in the third issue of the Journal, due to appear in spring/summer 2012.
This peer-reviewed journal is published bi-annually on paper, as well as on-line, under the auspices of the Faculty of Philosophy, at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia.
Research articles are invited on all aspects of the history of Macedonia and the Balkans from antiquity to modern times, including studies of classical and modern scholarship of the various topics covered by the above-mentioned field of study.
Electronic communication is preferred. Macedonian Historical Review encourages submission by e-mail attachment, ftp transfer, or on CD.
Authors are encouraged to submit papers in congress languages in the widest sense (English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian).
Referencing style is considered to be a matter of personal preference and is left to the discretion of the authors. Thus, authors can freely follow the Harvard, Chicago or APA referencing style.
Offered articles are due by 5 April 2012; this issue of the Journal is expected to be published by early June 2012.
