Call for Papers on Modern Turkish History
The Journal of Modern Turkish History Studies (CTAD) invites scholars to submit papers on the history of Turkey for its upcoming issue (June 2012). The 7year-old journal mainly publishing manuscripts in Turkish henceforth welcomes articles written in English as well.
Modern Turkish History Studies (CTAD) is a refereed academic journal published biannually by the Ataturk Institute for Modern Turkish History-Hacettepe University. The journal aims to bring together research on the social, political, economic and cultural history of modern Turkey as well as her relations with the neighbouring countries from the beginning of the Ottoman modernization in the 19th century in humanities and social sciences. Moreover it provides scholars an opportunity to introduce their arguments regardless of any restriction on their particular fields of interest and specialization.
The CTAD is indexed and abstracted by the MLA (Modern Language Association), EBSCO and Middle Eastern and Central Asian Studies
