West Africa Review - Issue 19: Africa at the Crossroads
West Africa Review has published issue 19, which continues to feature critical, evidenced-based scholarship.
The issue is guest-edited by Brillian Besi Muhonja, Assistant Professor of Foreign Languages, Literatures and Cultures, and Africana Studies, and David Owusu-Ansah, Professor of History and Africana Studies, both at James Madison University.
The editorial "Africa at the Crossroads" is free, but registration to West Africa Review is required to read it.
