This conference provides a platform for the research scholars across the globe to present their Doctoral work in the area of Economics, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations Research, Marketing, Accounting, insurance, Real-Estate and General Management. All those scholars (may be a Full time/part-time research scholars/practitioners working for Ph.D.) who are pursuing their Ph.D. program or nearing completion of their work or have just submitted and awaiting for viva voce examination or have recently completed, are eligible to participate. The aspirants are requested to submit papers from their ongoing/completed Ph.D. work. The scholars who are going to complete or already completed their Ph.D. work are requested to submit full paper.
