The Department of Hispanic Studies in University College Cork will hold a
postgraduate conference on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th of June 2012. This
conference aims to bring together postgraduates whose research engages
with any aspect of Hispanic Studies.
The organizing committee welcomes proposals from individuals, three
person panels and workshops. Proposals may include, but are not limited
to: art, culture, literature, politics, history, geography, literary theory,
sociology and linguistics.
English and Spanish are the main languages of the conference.
A publication opportunity will be available after the conference
proceedings.
Proposals should be no more than 300 words for individuals. Panels are
asked to submit their proposals together and include a brief note on their
theme. Closing date for submissions is January 31st 2012
