Papers required for a book: Soviet Central Asia circa 1924-1995

We require two or three papers on cultural, social, political, identity, environmental, gender and political themes connected with any of the five Soviet republics of Central Asia circa 1924-1995. Several papers have been collected thus far and we are trying to add further content. We are particularly seek papers relating to the entire Soviet period or that explain what happened from 1980 to 1995 (in any one of the Soviet Central Asian Republics).
The deadline for submission of your paper is 30th February 2012.
