The “Cycles of Transformations and Transformations of Cycles: Creation, Evolution, and Performance” conference at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa invites paper or panel proposals that examine the life processes and preservation cycles as they intersect with changing realities in the 21st century.
The conference welcomes work from a wide variety of disciplinary fields including but not limited to:
Anthropology, American Studies, Architecture, Astronomy, Botany,Education, English, Ethnic Studies, Environmental Studies, Film Studies, Geology, Kinesiology, Law, Linguistics, Marine Sciences, Medicine, Meteorology,Natural Resources Management Studies, Pacific Island Studies, Political Science, Performance Studies, Theater Studies, Visual Arts,Women's Studies and more.
