In keeping with the theme of Lives, Places, Stories, it will focus on the question of how historians tell the story of climate change.
Potential topics include
Histories of climate change awareness and denial (in a specific nation or region, or cross-cultural comparisons)
Histories of science
Work that illuminates a particular aspect of climate change in a specific location
Connections between climate change and issues of race, gender and class
Broader historiographical work on this issue
