The students of the Ph.D. Program in Hispanic and Luso-Brazilian Literatures and Languages of the Graduate School and University Center of the City University of New York will hold the Seventeenth Annual Graduate Students’ Conference on March 23th and 24th, 2012.
Keynote speakers: Eva Juarros-Daussŕ (University at Buffalo) and Gabriel Giorgi (New York University).
Submissions are invited on all periods and areas of Iberian, Spanish-American, Hispanic/Latino, Luso-Brazilian literatures, as well as any area of Hispanic Linguistics. Papers may be presented in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
Please send an abstract of not more than 250 words via email as an attachment to congreso.hlbll.gc.cuny@gmail.com by January 22th, 2012.
On a separate piece of paper specify your name, phone number, e-mail, title of the presentation, academic affiliation, and if AV equipment will be needed. Reading time of papers will be limited to 20 minutes.
