The workshop focuses on causal concepts in illness and health. Researchers from psychology, philosophy, health sciences and anthropology will investigate how lay people and experts explain illness, conceptualize healing and select interventions. The workshop takes place in the context of the ZiF-Research Group “The Cultural Constitution of Causal Cognition.
