I am interested in putting together a panel dedicated solely to the topic of Fantasy Sports at the 2012 national PCA/ACA conference in Boston, Massachusetts. Papers addressing the theoretical, cultural, and/or historical implications of fantasy sports in general or of specific fantasy sports are highly encouraged, but all papers on this topic will be considered. If you would like to be a part of this panel, please send a 250-word abstract to Andrew Ploeg at email@example.com by Monday, November 28th. Abstracts selected for the panel will need to be submitted to the PCA Sports Panel via the new PCA 2.0 procedure (which can be found at http://ncp.pcaaca.org). Proposals not submitted through PCA 2.0 will not be included in the program. All proposals received in response to this call will also be considered for inclusion in an edited collection about fantasy sports.
