Writers on State and Local Immigration (US)--Encyclopedia

Looking for writers/scholars with expertise on state and local immigration in the contemporary American context--each author will be responsible for writing a chapter on one state and the entry will have the following:
a) chronology—500 words, will cover entire history of state
b) historical overview—2,000 words—from post war period onward
c) topical essays and/or notable figures and/or major events/legislation—2,000—4,000 words (post war period to contemporary times)
d) bibliography—500 words
Total word count: 6,000-7,000
