IITM China Studies Centre, Chennai, India was established at Indian Institute of Technology Madras, in April 2011 for a dedicated academic study of Chinese society, economy and politics. The website of the Centre was launched in August 2011 and provides information about the Centre's programme, activities and opportunities available at the Centre. The website is available at www.csc.iitm.ac.in
It is the first and only bilingual website on China from India.
The Centre welcomes academic interest in form of articles, request for collaborations,and visits from China scholars all over the world.
