The Institute of Caribbean Studies, of the University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras (UPR-RP), invites the academic community and the general public to the lecture “Research on Multi-Lingualism and Cultural Diversity in Small Island Societies: The Case of Aruba,” by Dr. Lydia Emerencia, Directora, Center for Research and Development, University of Aruba. Dr. Dr. Nicholas Faraclas, English Department and Linguistics Graduate Program, College of Humanities, UPR-Rio Piedras, will comment the lecture. The activity will be held on Tuesday, November 8, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. in Amphitheatre Manuel Maldonado Denis (CRA 108) of Carmen Rivera de Alvarado (CRA) Building, Faculty of the Social Sciences, UPR-RP.
