This year’s British Agricultural History Society Winter Conference is on ‘British Food Security in Historical Perspective’ with papers ranging from the medieval to the modern. Speakers include James Davis, Ayesha Mukherjee, Cormac O’Grada and David Barling. The conference will be held of Saturday 3 December at London University’s Senate House, Malet St WC1, London, and costs £30 with lunch and £15 without.
