On 2 - 3 December, the Royal Irish Academy’s Modern Languages Symposium on Language, Migration and Diaspora will take place at the DIT in Dublin.
Some sixty speakers from across Europe and further afield explore the literary, linguistic and cultural aspects of cultural and linguistic divergence, the traditions and representations of the cultural outsider, migration, exile and the relationship between cultures, languages and identity construction.
