Articles on any aspect of Theatre and Performing Arts in West Africa is hereby invited from scholars, researchers, theatre administrators, critics and practitioners, for publication in Vol 1. No 2 of the West Africa Theatre and Performing Arts Journal (WATPAJO). Articles submitted for consideration must be original, properly researched and not submitted for publication elsewhere.
Articles and technical reports should have a minimum of 5000 words and 2500 words respectively. All submissions must be typed double spaced. quotations including end notes should be single spaced and presented in standard references MLA/APA format. Articles with incomplete referencing will be rejected.
Article should contain an abstract of not more than two hundred and fifty words. Title of paper, authors name and address, e-mail address and telephone numbers must be on a separate cover page. Submission (Microsoft Word document) via email to: zikykofo@yahoo.com, is preferred.
WATPAJO is published bi- annually in June and December. Papers for June must be received by December and those for December must be received by June.
Contributors are responsible for obtaining permission and paying cost to produce any materials, including illustrations, for which they do not hold the copyright. Contributors whose papers are accepted will be communicated concerning financial obligations prior to publication.
