H-Net Announcement 5th International symposium on Gaming and gambling

This interdisciplinary symposium organised by School of Advanced Social Studies will also address gambling and gaming through other prisms as are economic and therapeutic. Topics are not limited to the mentioned above but can be from different fields including:

• Gambling in sociological perspective
• Research methodology in gambling
• Gambling through history
• Gambling markets
• Gambling in/and education
• Stock exchange investing or stock exchange gambling
• Responsible gambling
• Treatment of gambling problems
Papers from other subfields of gambling are also invited

Deadline for abstracts is November 15th.
