The Legacy of the Civil War, An Interdisciplinary Conference

The History and Political Science Department at Chestnut Hill College (Philadelphia) will host an interdisciplinary conference on "The Legacy of the Civil War," November 10-12, 2011. Keynote speakers for the Civil War conference will be Michael Burlingame (University of Illinois) and Elizabeth R. Varon (University of Virginia). Dr. Donald Cresswell will present on "The Impact of Portrait Prints of Abraham Lincoln During the Civil War."
