“Feeding Thought” is a postgraduate specialization course (10 credits ECTS) from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) on the philosophy of cooking and gastronomy. It is designed together with Ferran Ardià and is a pioneer program in the international academic scene. It is part of the Master’s Degree "Thinking Contemporary Art" but can be pursued independently.
