We're pleased to announce Princeton's 2011 American Studies Graduate Student Conference. This year's theme is "Science & Religion in America," and the program comprises twelve graduate student papers organized into four panels. In addition to faculty responses for each panel, the conference will feature two keynote addresses: one by David Hollinger (History, UC–Berkeley) and one by Priscilla Wald (English, Duke).
The event spans the afternoon of Friday, 23 September, and all day Saturday, 24 September. For more details, please see the summary below; for a complete program, please see the attached poster. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch with the organizers – Henry Cowles (hcowles@princeton.edu) and Rebecca Rosen (rmrosen@princeton.edu). Thanks, and we hope to see you there!
