CFP: “On the Margins of King Arthur's World”
International Medieval Congress in Kalamazoo, Michigan (May 10-13, 2012)
This panel invites scholars from a broad range of disciplines/literatures to present their work on all aspects of the Arthurian margins, including but not limited to lesser-known texts, marginal figures and themes, marginalia within manuscripts of Arthurian works, etc. Since our goal is to promote interdisciplinary scholarly dialogue and contribute to the exploration of the pan-European Arthurian tradition, we welcome paper proposals from history, literature, art history, or any other relevant field.
Please submit a 300-word abstract for a 20-minute paper with a completed Participant Information Form including the audio-visual equipment you will require (form found at http://www.wmich.edu/medieval/congress/submissions/index.html) to Tara Foster (tafoster@nmu.edu) and Jon Sherman (jsherman@nmu.edu) by September 15, 2011.
