The purpose of the International Forum is to unite the participants of tourist and hospitality industries, the representatives of legislative and executive authorities and educational institutions in collaboration of development strategies for the hospitality industry – the powerful factor of economic growth in countries, which consider tourism to be perceived priority sector of national economy. The Forum aims to identify the key problems and challenges faced by the hospitality industry on the threshold of these significant international events, and to determine academic and practical ways to solve the problems and meet the challenges.
Forum Objectives:
1.Establishment of cross regional and international contacts, and application of world experience in promoting Russian tourist package products.
2.Discussion of professional development training systems in tourism and hospitality industries. International exchange of experience focused on training volunteers for work in large-scale international sports and cultural events.
3.Analysis and application of accumulated worldwide experience in the organization and hosting of international sports, cultural and mass events in Russia.
4.The exchange of international experience in the forming and promoting of tourist destination packages via educational and cultural programs.
5.The evaluation of innovative technologies in the field of hospitality for increasing sales and clientele attraction.
6.Definition of methods to achieve multicultural and multi-confessional tolerance to enhance cross-cultural communications in tourism.
7.Definition of employer requirements for graduates of service institutions, evaluation of tourist market demands, and adaptation of academic programs to meet the growing demands of the tourist industry.
The work of the Forum will be conducted within the following sections:

Branding of territories by means of educational, sport and cultural programs.;

Interaction between educational institutions and employers in professional competences development in the field of tourism and hospitality business (the APEC-2012 Summit in Vladivostok, the Universiade-2013 in Kazan, Olympic games – 2014 in Sochi.)
