The Coalition for Western Women’s History invites you to “step up to the plate” and help graduate students become more actively engaged with the WHA and its affiliated groups by providing breakfast and lunch tickets. This initiative helps the WHA goal of making the annual meeting more affordable for graduate students. In reducing the costs of attending the WHA conference, we can foster relationships between younger and more established scholars and create a welcoming environment for young scholars at the annual conference.

To contribute, look for the “Donation: Graduate Student Meal Fund” line on the 2011 WHA Pre-Registration Form—either the paper version or the online registration, and specify the amount you are able to contribute.

The more you contribute the more students we can support.
