The event is a gathering together of all the separate initiatives within the HOTPOT project funded by the European Union Interreg 4 Programme and will be held simultaneously between the two project partners, the University of Brighton (Eastbourne Campus) and Institute Polytechnique LaSalle Beauvais in France.
There will be a video stream hook-up between the two HOTPOT Forums so as to offer participants in both locations the benefit of presentations by experts on both side of the channel.
The event would appeal to organisations and institutions with a food service operation. There will be the chance to learn about healthy eating and well-being. There will be information about how to explore new markets and understand the latest technology and food processes. The event will also provide the chance to network with other businesses from the local area.
