By offering this seminar we are hoping to partner with you in helping the most vulnerable become productive confident members of our society
Immigrant victims are one of the most vulnerable groups in society
Most immigrants do not know they have the right to report their perpetrator and also receive immigration benefits that can help them remain in the United States and gain work visas.
Many immigrants never apply for fear of the police or that they might end up in deportation proceedings.
You are one of the few resources that immigrant victims have.
Learn these tools and help empower your client to take their past and build a better future.
"There is nothing worse than knowing someone is exposed to violence, and to hear them say they don't want to live with that violence, but they're too afraid to speak out."
Assistant District Attorney, California
