RALEIGH, – Effective Saturday, July 9, the State Archives and State Library will reduce Saturday hours to 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Archives and History-State Library Building at 109 Jones St., Raleigh. This is in response to state budget restrictions. The offices will be closed July 4 weekend also.
The State Archives and State Library strive to maintain some weekend hours to serve researchers who have a particular need for access on weekends.
