The first issue of HCS will be released late August 2011 . The theme will be “perspectives”. The international editorial committee invites contributions from researchers, workers and professionals who can relate the social urgencies and efforts of the realities they face as well as the changes they seek to implement.
Contributions in English are preferred (Latin and Germanic idioms are also acceptable), the limit of which is 9,000 words including notes and bibliography.
