Dear Colleagues,
I am looking for essay contributors to a new Blackwell Companion to the Harding, Coolidge, and Hoover Administrations (1921-1933), which I am editing.
As many of you may know, this fine series, the Blackwell Companions, are designed to provide essential and authoritative overviews of the scholarship that has shaped our present understanding of the American past. Each volume tackles one of the major periods or themes of American history. They are accessible for the non-specialist, while also engaging scholars seeking a reference to the historiography or future concerns.
Each chapter essay is designed to be a historiographically oriented “state of the field” chapter of about 8,000-10,000 words. Contributors are compensated in books plus book discounts; please contact me for further information.
Yours,
Katie Sibley
