Submissions are invited for the 1st & 2nd issues of J-SAPS for the year 2011, due to be published in June and December 2011 respectively. The last dates for the acceptance of final research papers, book reviews and articles for the 1st and 2nd issue are 10th June and 10th November respectively.
J-SAPS particularly welcomes original research work both in social and policy sciences, particularly dealing with important issues in Pakistan and South Asia and on the issues of theory and scientific inquiry in social sciences in general. J-SAPS strictly follows a double blind peer-review policy with the help of a large pool of renowned local as well as international scholars and experts.
Submission Process:
All Manuscripts in MS Word must be sent before the submission deadlines at submit-journal@i-saps.org. J-SAPS follows the citation style of the American Sociological Association (ASA) (www.asanet.org) and it is strongly recommended that all the manuscripts are prepared according to ASA style guide. The contributions must not exceed the word limit of 8,000 in case of papers/articles and 3000 words in case of Book Reviews. Submitted articles will go through J-SAPS’ review and evaluation process. Final decision to publish the submitted articles rests with the J-SAPS Editorial Collective.
