Inaugural General Assembly: Building a Community of Leaders in Judicial Mediation
The CCMJ aims to develop and improve an integrated judicial mediation system in all areas of law (civil, commercial, family, penal and criminal) and proceedings (trial courts and courts of appeal). Our objectives:
• To provide a forum for judges and other professionals to share experiences and engage in dialogue;
• To support the development of ideas around judicial roles in settlement processes; To distribute information about judicial mediation and complementary areas of reform in the justice system;
• To help build a network or community of those interested in judicial mediation and related processes;
• To identify and address ethical dilemmas in judicial mediation.
REGISTRATION FEE:
The registration fee for the assembly is 350$. The fee includes the reception held Thursday, June 16 2011.
