Tierra Tinta Seventh Annual Conference on Latin American, Spanish, and Luso-Brazilian Literatures

The organizing committee will consider papers that explore issues on any aspect of Latin American, Peninsular and Luso-Brazilian literatures or cinema from any period. We will also consider short creative fiction and poetry. We invite panels of 3 presenters concerning a specific topic, author, work, cinema, or genre.
We will have two keynote speakers this year: Dr. Cristina Rivera Garza from the University of California at San Diego and Dr. Arturo Arias from the University of Texas at Austin. For more information go to our website: www.ou.edu/tierratinta/
Please submit an anonymous abstract with a cover page that includes the paper title, your name and contact information by July 31st, 2011. Papers cannot be read in absentia.
