2011 Midwest Popular Culture Association Conference

Topics may include (but are not limited to) the following: utopian/dystopian depictions in popular literature, film, art, music, new media, as well as practices in social or religious movements, or “intentional communities,” past or present. Case studies are also welcome.
Please send 250-word abstract proposals on any aspect of utopia/dystopia to: Nancy A. Schaefer, Western Illinois University, na-schaefer@wiu.edu
