The Space is a peer-reviewed international, multilingual journal that aims at providing a space for research dealing with the broadly defined humanities and social sciences and employing a variety of methodological approaches. Hence, the Space is interested in high-quality graduate-level works that fall within the following disciplines: anthropology, art, art history, cultural studies, development studies, film studies, gender studies, history, literary studies, media studies, philosophy, political science and sociology. As an independent and open-access undertaking, the Space is to act as an open and subjectivising space for sharing our ideas, questions and results, and continuing our learning inside and outside institutions.
For this issue of The Space we invite papers of 4000-8000 words to be submitted online by 14 May 2011. We welcome articles, critical essays as well as reviews in all languages. Both a 150-word abstract and maximum 10 keywords should be included in the manuscript.
