The Great Books Foundation will offer a two-day worksop on "Global Citizenship in the 21st Century" at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA on July 26-27, 2011. The workshop is designed for college and secondary school faculty who are interested in helping students address questions on the civic obligations of citizens, what values should guide us,and how citizens can fulfill their responsibilties. Two acclaimed anthologies will be used - _The Civically Engaged Reader_ and _Citizens of the World: Readings in Human Rights_.
