The deadline for the receipt of papers from interested graduate students to be considered for publication in the second issue of the online journal, Message to Garcia, published by the Epsilon Tau Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta at the University of Louisiana-Monroe is Friday, March 25, 2011. This scholarly journal is peer reviewed, and one need not be a member of Phi Alpha Theta to submit. The first issue of Message to Garcia may be viewed at this website: http://ulmphialphatheta.blogspot.com/. Initial reviews will be completed by Wednesday, April 6, 2011, and publication decisions will be made by Monday, April 25, 2011. All papers should be submitted electronically to Therese Filhiol: filhiot@warhawks.ulm.edu.
