The Society of Appalachian Historians (SAH) invites you to its annual meeting in historic Jonesborough, Tennessee, May 23-24, 2011. The Society of Appalachian Historians seeks to provide a forum for the dissemination and discussion of innovative historical scholarship on Appalachia. To promote dialogue during the conference, we will collect completed papers and make them available to conference attendees to read around May 1. We hope to provide a collegial working group environment that allows for the open exchange of ideas and the active discussion of the presented work. We encourage all interested historians-of all levels-to attend.
Registration, lodging, and program information are available on our web site: www.etsu.edu/cas/sahconference
