All are welcome to attend the free conference "Service-Learning for Sustainability and Social Justice" at TCU in Fort Worth, Texas. The conference will begin at 5:00pm on Thursday, March 31 with a keynote address by Robert Egger, founder of D.C. Central Kitchen. The conference will continue throughout the day on Friday, April 1 with panel, paper, and poster presentations about best practices for using service-learning to teach about and work toward sustainability and social justice. And it will conclude on Saturday, April 2 with a workshop on making stencil art from scrounged materials.
