We are seeking scholarship on any aspect of women’s participation in the conservative movement during the 1960s for inclusion in a forthcoming edited volume titled Decade of Transformation: Contesting the Future of Conservatism in the 1960s. The essay would be 20-25 pages in length (6,000 words) and contribute to a strong compilation of original research and new interpretive challenges to the existing scholarship in the field.

We would require the completed essay by June 30, 2011 to ensure completion of this volume in a timely manner.
