The Epsilon Tau Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta at the University of Louisiana-Monroe invites interested graduate students to submit papers for publication in the second issue of our online journal, Message to Garcia. This scholarly journal is peer reviewed, and one need not be a member of Phi Alpha Theta to submit. The deadline for the receipt of papers is Friday, March 25, 2011. Initial reviews will be completed by Wednesday, April 6, 2011, and publication decisions will be made by Monday, April 25, 2011. The first issue of Message to Garcia may be viewed at this website: http://ulmphialphatheta.blogspot.com/ . All papers should be submitted electronically to Therese Filhiol at filhiot@warhawks.ulm.edu.
