Prime Ministry General Directorate of Social Assistance and Solidarity, Turkey invites you to submit manuscripts of your original paper (which haven't been published anywhere before) for possible publication in the Journal of Social Asistance and Solidarity. Journal of Social Assistance and Solidarity is a refereed, scholarly journal which is published biannually by the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Solidarity, Turkey. The aim of the journal is to provide a medium and an intellectual platform for debates and new ideas related to poverty, solidarity and areas of social policy in general. Although main topics are mentioned above, any other research related to them are also welcomed. Within this framework, the journal aims to form a common ground among the academics and the implementors as well as bringing together theorists and implementing institutions enabling them to benefit from each other’s perspectives.We believe that this journal will play an important role in improving the scholarly development of the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Solidarity. The first two issues have been published and our journal is being indexed by Asos Social Science Index.
