|
|
Please join us for a conference co-sponsored by The Catholic University of America and The Office of Migration Policy and Public Affairs, USCCB. This day long event will examine the past and present relationship between the Church and Immigration. Included will be panels on the historical impact of immigration and the response of the Church, the connection between Catholic social teaching and the bishops policy prescription on immigration related issues, and commentary on the role of the Church in the contemporary immigration debate. Attendance is free of charge and includes breakfast and lunch. Please follow the provided link for more details on the event and for registration and location information. We hope to see you in March!
For those of you who are unable to attend the Conference in person, we will be streaming it live online at http://live.cua.edu/.
