The Museum of disABILITY history in Buffalo, New York is proud to announce the opening of its newest exhibit, "African Americans and the disABILITY Experience." The exhibit covers almost 400 years of history from the first African slaves brought to North America through desegregation and beyond. Two years of academic research have resulted in a wide ranging untold part of American, African American, and disability history. The exhibit will be on display through April 2011. The Museum is located at 3826 Main Street Buffalo, New York 14226 and on the web at http://www.museumofdisability.org/.
