Participants are sought for a panel tentatively entitled “Brain Drain–Brain Gain: Art, Science and Technology Programs,” which will be held at the 2011 International Symposium on Electronic Art (ISEA) Conference at Sabanci University in Istanbul (September 14-21, 2011).
