1. To broaden participants understandings of youth development-related efforts through the sharing of research information and experience in managing youth development by the presenter
2. To identify the sources of sustainability of youth development and its relationship with the influences of economic, community, cultural and social understanding across all ideologies and thoughts
3. To create an effective forum for cooperation among the paper presenters and participants
4. To provide channels for the youth groups in disseminating and presenting their ideas, needs and problems to the related stakeholders.
5. To produce dynamic input in order to strengthen the Youth Development Policy and all the policies that are related to youth development in Malaysia.
