Social entrepreneurs create sustainable businesses providing social value by applying market based approaches. Entrepreneurial spirit like innovation, bricolage and effectuation are most common in social entrepreneurs and distinguish their enterprises from more managerial approaches found in traditional non-profit enterprises.
