The Concordia University Graduate Student Association in Translation announces the 10th annual colloquium in Translation Studies, Voyages in Translation Studies, which will take place on March 11, 2011 at Concordia University in Montreal, QC. This year’s guest speaker, Dr. Luise von Flotow, Professor and Director of the School of Translation and Interpretation at the University of Ottawa, will speak on the conference’s theme, Gender and Translation.
We would like to invite all graduate students working in Translation Studies, or in any fields related to the study of gender and translation, to apply for this year's conference.
Submissions may be in either French or English and should include an abstract of approximately 250 words. Please submit your proposal electronically to email@example.com before 5 pm, February 18, 2010.
