The next Approaching the Past workshop will be held January 27th, 7-9pm, at the Grenadier Cafe and Tea Room in Toronto's High Park. Outdoor educator Bob Henderson will lead a workshop on teaching history through experiential education. Light refreshments will be served.

Approaching the Past is focused on bringing together teachers working in middle and high schools, universities, and museums to discuss teaching history in a variety of contexts. The series is organized and sponsored by The History Education Network (THEN/HiER) and ActiveHistory.ca.
