Registration for training program is due before May 31, 2011. This training program employs an interactive approach that will promote the creation of bullying-resistant school communities. The context of the training will operate in a way that fully anticipates the possibility of bullying problems, prepare the attendees to recognize and respond to problems when they occur, prepare attendees to improve management of bullying incidents, establish criteria to reduce the number of bullying incidents, provide guidelines for better utilization of community partnerships for response to bullying problems, and work to analyze key issues and causes of bullying problems in order to formulate a viable response. The three-part agenda will feature the following themes and concepts: (1) understanding the phenomenon and consequences of bullying problems, (2) understanding the nature and issues of bullying at our schools, and (3) creating a bullying-resistant school.
