Looking for immigration scholars and specialists to contribute to a two volume encyclopedia covering contemporary immigration in each of the United States. This project is one of the first of its kind. The writer will be expected to write an essay (5-7,000 words total) that should include the following:
a) chronology—500 words
b) historical overview—2,000 words
c) topical essays and/or notable figures and/or major events/legislation—2,000—4,000 words
d) bibliography—500 words
Writers will receive an honorarium, publication credit, and access to the e-book for two years. If you are answering this call, please specify which state you are interested in, why (what is your specific expertise) and briefly describe your scholarly experience and affiliation.
